• Managing daily accountants’ transaction for (27) Accountants and (8) Supervisors in (14) branches.
• Meets accounts operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements. • Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible with strong fiscal management, cross team communications and workflow.

Financials and Accounts
• Focus on all daily and month-end accounting procedures for the account results, including P&L and balance sheet activity.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of turnover analysis / aging / cash receipts / promotion, activity, credit notes tracking and contracts analysis.
• Responsible for ensuring monthly financial statement (income statement, branches profitability and sections profitability) reports to ADCO.
• Monitor monthly bank reconciliation.
• Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same.
• Provide insight on spending trends and cost-savings initiatives and margin opportunities.
Control
• Quarter visit plan for all branches to evaluate action plan and SOPs activation.
• Quarter credit customers reconciliation.
• Quarter visit plan to KA customers to following contract rebate discounts deduction and solve pending points.
• Quarter credit note deduction check to customers.
• Monthly, Weekly, Daily random warehouse stock tacking.
• Monitor KPIs on daily basis and company balance scorecard.
