- Responsible for Planning Reports, closing sales orders and Analysis of projects material consumption VS planned and shipping Reports.
- Make sure that production moves as agreed schedule on advance with customers.
- Top level analysis of plans, peer group analysis, efficiency analysis and track against business plan
- Suggest ways of reducing costs conduct research and perform analytical studies with regards to costs and profitability.
- Establish new performance reports and Develop procedures for implementation taking into account work environment.
- Responsible for capacity plan and follow up Demand & sales orders to secure Feeding Lines.
- Responsible for the Planning, procurement & Materials management for the Demand sales orders and place purchase orders accordingly to ensure orders supplies will secure the production plan based on Time and action.
- Drive the innovations and implementation in the factory by alignment of the different departments seeking or supporting information (technical, Production, manufacturing, warehouse ...etc.).
- Follow Up with Suppliers delivery dates and Sourcing Materials to support supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution.
- Manages stock levels of inventory materials by applying advanced inventory control techniques Monitoring and updating free stock item forecasts, minimum and maximum stock levels, and replenishment lead times
- Scheduling of material flow and planning deviation to meet production schedules and customer requirements and Synchronize planning results with production.
- Responsible for annual output plan and productive development.
- Responsible for feeding plan, production plan and shipping plan.
- Try hard to meet client's satisfactions and follow all its requirements.
- Focus of the weak points and try to push the management to the correct corrective action.
- Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions, recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports and other reports as and when required by management such as Inventory report, Manpower status report etc.
- Notifies purchasing department of low quantities, purchasing department then issues a purchase order to stock warehouse items as needed.
- Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse over-all operations.
- Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
- Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
- Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
