• Provide the required Technical Support to MBI users, troubleshoot and resolve the hardware and software incidents. Do remote support for remote users.
• Install, Configure and troubleshot Computers, Network Equipment, Printers and Servers.
• Configure and administrate the IP Telephony throughout the organization.
• Provide the users on a good training of the correct use of the concerned software and applications.
• Create and Document Incidents reports with the accurate problem description and resolution procedures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Network incidents. (LAN\WAN)
• Create and Manage User’s Mailbox, also Manage and troubleshot company’s Backup systems (NAS\SAN).
Main responsibilities are to make sure that the Systems are available for the users all the time, solve the Support tickets issued by users. And make sure that the resolution is based on the agreed upon SLA.
• Receive, identify and solve technical issues reported by users through calls, emails or webchat.
• Take total ownership of cases reported and escalated it if its required.
• Configure and Support ERP applications needed and used by the HR and Accounting Dept.
• Design and Manage the implementation of Data Network cabling in AL-Suwaidi & Co headquarter Dubai and Abu Dhabi office.
• Expert in Windows servers Environment (Active Directory Group Policies, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Gain experience of in house System & Network administration in corporate environment.
• Hands-on practice in virtualization including VMware, hyper-v and Virtual Box.
• Create and Manage company storage systems including NAS & SAN.
• Install Configure and Manage Avaya IP Telephone in AL Suwaidi & Company Dubai and Abu Dhabi office.
• Create and manage Ericsson users through the Active directory.
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems in Ericsson offices.
• Act as a team lead in providing the routinely IT required reports.
• Regularly contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, testing and evaluating new technology.
• Works on problems /projects of moderately complex scope.
• Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
