4- Preparing (E.O.T) reports using TIA and other Methodologies.

For various projects across US (net worth approximately 1 Billion USD) including Private Sector clients such as luxury Waterfront townhomes in Florida, Town Center Mall in North Carolina, and Public Sector Clients including Interstate Road project in Indiana, USCG (United States Coast Guard) project for renovation of waterfront structures, Road renovations for New Mexico Department Of Transportation, and other types of projects and clients across different States

Administering the terms of the building contract between the parties, creating, monitoring, controlling schedules, preparing periodical progress reports, coordinating between project parties, coordinating between sub-projects, helping in solving project delays.
In anticipation for the project award, I had inhouse high-end training in the following:
1- FIDIC Pink MDB 2010.
2- Variations and Claims under FIDIC Pink and Red (1999) edition.
3- Subcontracting process for mega projects.
4- Risk Management and Insurance in Construction.
5- Dispute Boards process Under FIDIC and JICA requirements.
