- Coordination with the Procurement Engineers in preparing Supply and Subcontracts agreement based on conditions allowed for in the Contract,
- Follow up with the Technical Office to reply any queries submitted by the Supplier or Subcontractors for matters related to the Contract.
- Learning and performing the key lines for each and every department throughout a rotation of 3-6 months,
- Preparation of Shop Drawings and coordination of different trades while raising RFIs whenever needed,
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Project progress/updates throughout every department,
- Working with a full team to submit a new updated time schedule baseline.
- Management of Subcontractors and their weekly progress update while giving them support to keep on track,
- Procurement of subcontractors while preparing comparison sheets with the specifications and prices of the required works.
- Implementation of the Client needs on the provided as built drawings,
- Coordination between different systems in the same space,
- Coordination with implementation teams on site to assure the good use of the design intent,
- Coordination with Engineering on shop drawing submittals and material transmittals to be issued within the period allowed for in Contract,
- Coordination with Quality Control on "Request for Inspection" submittals to be issued within the period allowed for in Contract.
