Heading the HR Team. End-to-end recruitment Process (Including our overseas office Turkey, UK & US ). Payroll & Time Management for 400 Staffs. Leave Plan, Probation Review & Internal Assessment for all staffs. Training & Development. Employees Motivation Program. Employee Induction. Maintaining the Budget for all departments as per Yearly review in Recruitment. Responsible for Org Chart, PPT and MIS for HR Department in Board Meeting. Update and recommends for HR policy Amendments. Follow up and rectify the HR related issues to all Employees & departments. Follow up and assist our legitimate team for all Employee Legal Cases until the judgement issue. Follow-up for all new staffs Visa & Cancellation procedures with our PRO team. Job Evaluation through OASYS (Skills, JD, Compensation & Targets ) and The Insurance for Medical & Group Life End to End Process. Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying organizational improvements. Maintaining the Budget for all department as per Yearly review in Recruitment & Redundancy and Preparing Org Chart, PPT and MIS for HR Department. Update and recommendation for HR policy Amendments. Follow up and rectify the HR and Admin related issues to Project department, Operation department & Finance department. Follow up and Assist to our PRO team for all Employee Legal Cases until judgement issue. Follow-up for all new staffs Visa & Cancellation procedures with our PRO team.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Employee Induction, Training & development Programs and Prepare Employee Leave Plans.
Handle Visa process to new visa, renew, cancellation and all other related works and well known in the UAE Labour Law
Handle all related issues in HR / Admin for 200-Staffs & 3000- Labors on daily basis.
Follow up with the Insurance for Medical (DHA Plan), Property and vehicle for payment, claim employee satisfactory to avoid any related issues with the concern.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Assist in Staff Performance Appraisal Report and worked in HRIS systems ORISON & ERP software.
Plan, Conduct, records & analyze Exit interviews.
Liaise with other functional / department heads to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
Assisting PRO and Sr. Managers for works in Dubai Municipality, Economic Development, Labor Case in court, Notary Public etc.
Follow up and rectify the HR and Admin related issues to Project department, Operation department, Finance department and Transport department.
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying organizational improvements.
Support departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with contractors/ advertisers.
Assisting in short listing the suitable candidates from application, conducting telephonic interviews with prospective candidates
Describing the role and responsibilities, salary and benefits of particular vacancy
Organize interviews and produce interview schedules and work closely with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle
Responsible for Induction and administrative components or hiring.
Maintain time office management for making payroll to the employees.

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for a each position
Efficiently and effectively fill the positions with assist of job centre plus in UK
Conduct regular follow-up with candidates and managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Used SAP in HR and ensure that all employees are fully aware of the organization’s policies and procedures for dealing with absence,
Be the first point of contact when an employee in sick,
Responsible for attendance maintenance (e.g., date, nature of illness/reason for absence, expected return to work date, doctor’s certification if necessary),
identify any patterns or trends of absence which cause concern,
conduct return-to-work interviews, Implement disciplinary procedures where necessary
PG Diploma in MBA (Specialization in HR)
B.COM (Corporate Secretary ship)
