• Establish, organize, publish an safety and quality policies, SMS, accident investigation and safety operating manuals and procedures.
• Accident analysis and investigation reports.
• Prepare safety awareness publish after each accident.
• Use the balance scorecard to set goals and determine the KPI's achievement and deviation on each period (monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Road calls failures analysis to determine the Root causes by RTA & FMEA
• Site visits for safety & quality audits.
• Develop Incident management procedure.
• Incident investigations and prepare Incident reports.
• Hazard Analysis and assessment for operation and maintenance processes.
• Participate in the establishment, implementation and reviewing of Quality Management Systems for (Rolling Stock) according to the Requirements Specifications for Quality Management Systems: ISO 9001:2008, the Technical Specifications, Standards, laws, other regulations are sets in (Rolling Stock Section).
• Establish procedures, work instructions and forms used in the documentation system for allover process take place inside the workshop.
• Implement the internal auditing for quality management systems and follow up its completion.
• Evaluate periodically the external and internal suppliers in cooperation with the Departments of Procurement, Contracts and Technical office to approved the suppliers.
• Failures and Defect Analysis periodically for Metro Train Units and participate in developing solutions and proposals to prevent or reduce it by using "Quality Improvement Tools" and appropriate statistical techniques, then report the results to the Top Management.
• Study the Causes of " Head way" deviations & Driver faults to improve the Safely Operation.
