Manager and headed 24 subordinates. • Led major line initiative, which is the M5 TT, Led GSUM process& meetings. Led line crew M5 capability buildup across all the line areas towards excellent startup through finishing the current business assessment, ensuring defect free status and maintaining Central line parameters in addition to building team capability through initiative trainings, shadowing in another line • Achieved benchmark scrap results during M5 technical touch startup month for the first timeever in OCT6 plant.
