Constantly reviewing the performance of the broiler farms and suggested ways &means to improve the same.To ensure that the S.O.Ps and S.S.O.Ps are followed at the farms .To coordinate with other allied departments to ensure necessary inputs for the department and also with top management for improving the performance. To monitor and analyze and conduct different trials. To check daily and weekly data from the farms prepare processing programme and to raise the purchase orders for the materials and equipment required by the department . Continously checking the broiler farms to provide technical guidance mainly in advance management and Bio-security rules and procedures .Responsible or all administrative affairs of the department . To represent the department in various meetings and also to liaise with various experts visiting the department . Search for latest trends in improving the quality of products or processes and recommend for implementation . Ensure the final products are produced in compliance with SASO or other relevant international standards and that the products reach the customer in good condition . Ensure that the department work towards producing a good quality product by applying the

Represent the department (Q, M.S). on issues related to quality and certification . Any other work required by the top management related to quality issues or process control . utilizing the latest technology and systems that protect the environment and achieve maximum safety : productivity and sustained development levels . Employ and develop competent and committed human resources with the initiative to participate effectively in continuous improvement and teamwork with credibility : honesty :adaptability to changing :circumstances and competition . As final products of the company consider as the An experience of handling a huge integrated poultry project. Preparing budgets and production plans for such projects. Administer thousands of employees technically and administratively. Running the business with maximum possible profits. Lessen the unnecessarily costs.
