.Guides the success of a Store by leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing the service environment and presenting a clean, neat and organized environment for our customers. Ensures budget for the store is managed and that expenditure stays in agreed budgets, ensures store administration is completed according to company procedures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensures the operation of the store is carried out in accordance with the guidelines and principles of the organization, focusing on the team on exceeding the targets set out in the store. Ensures a safe, secure, efficient and effective operation of all aspects of the store. Analyses available data in order to make decisions concerning stock to maximize sales potential. Leads, motivates and develops the team to maximize talent and performance and achieve business objectives, ensures store security, concerning stock and money.
*Customer Focus

· Consider the needs of customers at all times
· Implements a high standard of customer focus within the store
· Regularly assesses customer service standards within store
· Leads by example in all aspects of customer service
· Actively seeks ways to achieve or exceed shop sales targets
· Ensures all members of team have an understanding of figures and targets to be achieved
·Ensures any promotional offers, regarding stock, are implemented within the store
·Ensures store maintenance budgets are used effectively to maintain smooth running of the store.
Store Administration
·Regularly audits own store administration and resolve any issues
·Implements, within own store, any changes in administration procedure positively and effectively.
*Presentation & Management
:
·To ensure store has the correct stock package and required stock levels to maximize sales potential. Store Manager to inform Area Manager.
·Ensures a high standard of visual merchandising and maintenance amongst all staff
