9. Install, Modify, and Computer Maintenance. And Repair Software & System Problems.
10. Maintain Computer Peripheral Devices like Printers and Resolve Associated Problems.
11. Support Server Issues. & Maintain IT Equipment and Service Availability.
12. Provide Technical Assistance and Support for Incoming Queries and Issues Related to Computer Systems, Software, and Hardware.
13. Escalate Major Problems or Requests to the Competent Officials.
14. Follow up the Pending Requests and Incidents with the Competent Officials .
