Human Resources & Administration Manager
summary of functions :-
Directs all Human Resources & Administration services function's related activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, career development, performance measurement, participate in strategic planning, training and development, managing employee relations, security services, , cleaning services, telephone services and transportation's, etc. in line with developed policies and procedures.
Form November, 2008 Till Now with the following duties: -
-Establish recruiting policy, interviewing and selecting candidates.
-Maintain and update the performance management policies.
-Develop the HR policies and procedures; implement, monitor and review
-Oversee the training activists at company and developing training plan.
-Review and development of job descriptions for each position in the company.
-Managing the overall activities of the administrative affairs section.
-Review the company organization charts and develop the company of succession plan according to company strategic.
-Maintain and develop compensation and benefits program to provide motivation.
-Contact exit interviews to identify the reasons & suggest solutions.
From August 2006 Till September2008, with the following duties & responsibilities:
-Implementing the recruitment policy, interviewing, testing, and selecting the right candidate.
-Maintain the job description for all employees at the company.
-Development and establish the company policies & procedures.
-Develop, implement and manage system of performance appraisal.
-Manage all personnel relations duties (Hiring, Firing, Employees filing system, Social insurance, Staff attendance, employee contracts, Penalties )
-Control for all employees payments (Salaries, Allowance, Bonus, and Annual increase).
-Coordinate with Department Heads to identify their training needs through performance appraisal & job description.
-Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the governmental offices
From July 2005 Till August 2006, with the following duties & responsibilities:
- Manage all functional areas of HR department at factory.
-Review company policies and recommends for needed improvement
-Develop and maintain human resource data bases
-Maintains & processes the filling system for the employee’s files.
-participates in the development and implementation of company’s goals,
-Direct and review the work plan for personnel activities
-Follow up & maintain the annual performance appraisal system.
-prepare the labor committee meeting with department heads in order to handling staff problems.
From July 1998 Till July 2005, with the following duties & responsibilities:
-Develop and manage the manpower plan & budgets
-Follow up the recruits, interviewing with new candidates, test and select employees to fill vacant positions.
-Oversee the performance appraisals and review Job Description according to the job’s title
-Conducts salaries surveys within labor market to determine competitive salaries rate
- Providing top management the HR reports & analysis data special (Absenteeism - Turnover)
-Assist management for resolution of all employee relations issues.
-Preparing the salaries for monthly payroll (overtime, Bonuses, Allowances, Absence, sickness…etc.)
-Maintain all the employee's files with legal requirement
-Assist HR department for HR activities plan (Recruitment, Hiring, compensation, Evaluation.)
-Keeping good relations with the governmental offices
- Responsible for personnel Department and all legalities of the company employees.
- Implementation of organized systems, legal investigations with employees.
- Handling the residence visa, work permits, transfer, housing issues & transportation.
- Public Relations with the Government offices.
- prepares monthly reports regarding the HR data.
- Handled all employment related inquiries and complaints.
- Follow up the employees services files
- Handling the hiring procedures and orientation
From November 1987 Till November 1997 with the following duties & responsibilities:
-Controlling following-up hiring, firing, transfer, updating employee’s records & files.
-Investigation with employees and report to the management with the recommendations.
-Prepare the monthly payroll (new hires, resignations, transfers & salary changes).
-Control the evaluation procedures (Probation Period, End of Contract & Annual performance).
-Handling legal cases with the legal consultations.
-Preparing monthly report for all penalties, vacation, sick leave, and unpaid vacation.
-Supervising all what concerns workers (staff-Cafeteria-lockers-transportation).
-Updating the staff records and files (vacations-penalties-letters and other documents).
-Follow up the head count budget of personnel operations
-Follow up the contracts of employment.
