• Develop and implement detailed quality control plans and
procedures for projects.
◦ Lead and actively participate in meetings, providing expert input
on quality assurance and quality control matters.

subcontractors to promptly resolve quality-related issues, taking
initiative in finding solutions.
◦ Conduct investigations into quality-related issues and defects,
recommending solutions and preventive measures, and following
through on corrective actions independently.
◦ Lead continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying
opportunities for process enhancements and greater efficiency in
quality management.

- Ensuring implementation of Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001:2015 and making Sure all Laboratory records and Instruments Calibration, Tests Procedure following the ISO /IEC Standard 17025:2017.

- Managing all QA/QC Third Party Monthly & Call Basis Contracts and the in-charge Lab. Technicians.

- Approving all test reports and interpretation of test results as per each project specification prior to submission to client.

- Preparing method statements for different tests and conducting meetings with client and consultant for different projects prior starting.

- Technical & Financial proposal for QA/QC works in field and laboratory as per each project specification including the quality plan and test schedules.

- Preparing inspection and test plan for different projects after reviewing project specifications.

- Supervising all laboratory works & making sure the requested tests to be done with compliance to spec. required ASTM, AASHTO, BS EN standards and MPW, KOC, KNPC requirements for different jobs of (Aggregate, Soil, Concrete & Asphalt, Chemical, Instrument Calibration) testing.

Providing all necessary assistance to the construction team with respect to all materials submittals, approvals, testing, sampling, etc. Participating in the quality control of materials including all the laboratory and field testing, acceptance of used materials, checking and accepting all remedial and corrective measures. Supervise the works of the Materials Inspectors.
Track and review the site testing and certificates of compliance.

Review and approve (make recommendation for approval by the SRE) of all submitted materials by the contractor.

Ensure compliance of used materials with the project's specifications.

Participate in construction quality control.

Ensure inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval.

Inspection of vendor Asphalt Plants and quality control of samples as per MPW & Qatar specification for Superpave asphalt requirements.

Supervise, participate and direct sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the specifications.

Analyze the test results in a timely manner and recommend action to the Senior Resident Engineer.

Maintain records of test results and all taken corrective actions.

Track and review the site testing and certificates of compliance.

Ensure very close and clear coordination of QC team activities with the other construction supervision staff.

Follow up and verify implementation of corrective actions.

Review all materials for the project as per the BOQ and coordinate with procurement for selection as per project specifications.
Submitting to client for approval all materials for the project E1 log before starting the work
Submitting to client Request for Approval of Material (RAM).
Preparing project quality plan and different procedures, Inspection test plans for all project activities.
Ensure that all execution and inspection are carried out as per the approved drawings and controlled latest revision of drawing are used.
Coordinate with construction department for all the QAQC related issue/requirements such as inspection and testing.
Attending weekly meetings with client representative for all related QA/QC work.
Submitting weekly inspection request status and monthly QC reports
Conduct surveillance / NCR’s inspection to verify that construction activities are in accordance with the approved procedure/method statement, shop drawing, etc. and highlight non-conformities if any.
Making sure corrective action has been done for all related Surveillance / NCR.
Making sure the approval of all the project material prior to use at site and material inspection requests has been done as per the approved materials RAM.
Follow up with third party laboratory for all reports and inspections done.

Construction of Batching Plant Foundations- Batching Plant Kuwait

Make sure of the foundations locations as per the drawings and checking the survey axis.
Monitor site labors to complete the work as per drawings & specification.
Make sure of the steel reinforcement, anchor bolts as per drawings and specification.
Make sure concrete delivered to site as per requirements and the required tests (Temperature, Slump test, Cube Molds for compressive strength).

Prepare periodically reports on the progress of work as per plan schedule.
