above date and after I had resigned from NPC due to some serious family's circumstance’s.
I started my own business in the same MEP Constructions field under the company name - The United of Construction and Transportations Company in Egypt. We then extended our business to UAE at end Of 2018 under name - AZRCO General Construction Company.
We completed many project's in Egypt listed below:
•160 Tower's in New capital - Egypt.
•MEP utility's with 100 Kms. infrastructure, New capital - Egypt.
•1500 No. Chalets
• Provided technical and commercial support for competitive bidding & bid analysis; resulted in obtaining 80% of tender opportunities and 900+Million Dollars in Revenue in 2010
• Implemented Quality Management Systems and QHSE in the Departments; reduced the management control office overhead by 30%
• Attended Management Review Meetings to enhance the communication between the different departments and involved new MS; improved the management performance rate with 70%
• Inspected material, plant and equipment selection for technical suitability and cost implications to support cost saving and value engineering; increased profit margin by 60% within one year
• Allocated manpower and other resources to enable timely completion of projects and implementing the WSB & OBS System which has achieved 60% improvement in manpower operations budgets
