• Schematic design and design development stages in coordination with other disciplines.
• Applying contractual terms for each task, including LEED silver rating requirements, though not officially seeking certification.
• Coordinated 3 large-scale projects in the span of 3 years in a multi-disciplinary environment, including clash detection.
