Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
Managing the customer service team and Finding a way to increase the quality of customer service
Set up and monitor KPIs
Cost and budgeting control
Under the direction of the Dirctor of Room manage and Co-ordinate Front office operation to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to guests;hence maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction . All work will be in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the departmental business plan, and the Radisson Collication Group’s corporate guidelines as well as Symphony Style Hotel brand and service concepts
I must to assist in supervising the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. An Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Check the arrival and departure
Check the missing stationary and store requisition
Coordinates with housekeeping
Creates and provides new ideas to increase the sales and
decrease the cost
Assures the guest happiness and satisfaction
Report all the guest needs and problems
Assures that everything id writing down in the reception
log book .

Able to replace the supervisor during absence
Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all
times.
Attend to all guests who approach the front desk with a smile.
Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct
and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work.
Be entirely flexible and be able to be rotated within the different
sub department of the room.
Adhere to the telephone procedure of handling calls.
Be aware of all hotel activities and food and beverage promotions.
Hand over the pending points for the next shift for proper follow up
and action.
Balance the cash report and remittance envelop at the end of the
shift.
Perform opening and closing procedure established for the place of
work as assigned.
Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
Be able to explain and show the guests all the facilities in the room .
Follow up on guest comment and complaints.
