• Studying sales feedback, consumer consumption and market needs that help in forecasting sales.
• Follow up and control stocks in warehouses and availability of products.
• Making annual, monthly and weekly production plan according to sales forecast.
• Daily follow up and analyse sales figures and growth rates.

• Handle the process of distributors work for distributor's channel by making orders, invoices, following up cash and checks collections, and monthly closing accounts.
• Responsible for IT department that includes moving data from sales handhelds to oracle system, opening customers accounts that closed according overdue cases, applying bonus / returns and software maintenance.

•Was responsible for about 350 products of the following brands "Heinz, John West, Mareblu, Perfetti, Phanner, Holsten, Power Horse, Sadafco and Foster Clarks.
•Follow up and control stocks in warehouses and availability of products.
•Making annual and monthly orders according to sales forecast.
•Planning, making and tracking orders with suppliers till reaches warehouses.
•Communicating with shippers, forwarding agents for shipment arrangements (pick up, packing, stuffing, reviewing shipment documents advising if any legalization needed).
•Negotiating with suppliers about marketing activities, introduction and pricing of new products.
•Monitoring & Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
•Coordinating booking IMP & Export To/ from Egypt with international agents all over
the world, following up gate in & gate out container with our agents, following up the
documents tasks with agent, shipper & client in Egypt & shipping lines (manifest amendment, B/L approval, delivery order …..).
•Preparing primary & final shipping declarations.
•Reviewing MBLs, preparing HBLs, AWB & air manifest
•Updating clients & agents with their shipments on daily basis.
•Handling all kind of shipments (Import & Export) EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP.
•Communicating with shippers, forwarding agents for shipment arrangements (pick up, packing, stuffing, reviewing shipment documents advising if any legalization needed).
•Coordinating collections from both clients in Egypt & our agents all over the world.
•International Sales work (sending offers to various agents, IMPORT & EXPORT &
following up offers with agents & Clients.
•Coordinating operation with shipping lines in Egypt & Agents all over the world.
•Preparing freight forwarding invoices & shipments revenue sheet.
•Following collection with clients & payment to shipping lines & agents.
