• Strategically structure and secure project financing through debt, equity, and alternative funding sources, in alignment with overall Group objectives.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, enhancing collaboration and securing favorable financing terms.
• Drive financial performance by implementing robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms, ensuring transparency and accountability across all projects.

• Oversee and optimize company financial activities, including strategic financial planning and banking relationships.
• Spearhead fundraising initiatives and arrange letters of guarantees and letters of credit to support business operations.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and manage cash flow, working capital, and asset management to ensure financial health.
• Implement effective budgeting and cost control measures, enhancing efficiency in receivables, payables, and payroll processes.
• Facilitate bank-related transactions and generate MIS reports to inform strategic decision-making.
