I'm responsible for implementing company mission, vision and strategy in Delta region in cardiovascular line that includes Concor and Glucovance products.

 Manager for 7 product specialist in Delta region including 4 seniors.

 In 2013 I was responsible for growing the market share through achieving over 1.1 evolution index in delta region in diabetic line which include Glucophage 500 mg, Glucophage 1000 mg, Glucophage XR, Glucovance 5, Glucovance 2.5 and Praxilene.

 In the Delta region I’m responsible for implementing company strategy through my vision in area and taking the right decision in the right time according to the situation.

 In 2013 I was responsible for launch of Glucophage XR in Delta region and I was one of the board that put marketing strategy.

 In 2014 I’m responsible for cardiovascular line which include Concor with all forms.

 My responsibility start with the 1st step of recruitment through setting the require characteristics, then filtering, then interview with the suitable one, and then select the most matching one.

 I'm responsible for putting the sales forecast, the strategy, the budget, KPIs and the plan for my area (Delta) then implementing till reaching company goals.

 I'm responsible to rise my area market share index and evolution index through customers focusing strategy and communicate with marketing department to enhance growth and overcome competitor's attacks.

 Always I have to use all manager tools and rules to achieve company goals as coaching, delegating, motivating, problem solving, decision making, leading, controlling, evaluating, monitoring, organizing, planning and CRM revising.

 I'm responsible for revising all financial expenses to all my subordinates and performance analysis for every one through ROI.

 I'm responsible for analyzing and finalizing end year appraisals for all my subordinates as well as setting their next year objectives and KPIs.

 I'm responsible for putting development plan for everyone on my team based on his need and his position in the talent pool matrix.

 I have to report all my job duties weekly to my manager and talk with him how we can achieve company goals and go extra mile.

 2013 I got the best achiever award certificate in company among 17 area managers in Egypt, also my team got the best and second achievers product Specialist in Egypt in future line (diabetic line include Glucophage and Glucovance).

 I responsible for sport and health task force from 2013 till now.

 Till now in 2014 I achieved 105% of my target YTD 9 and got No 1 in Premier 1st quarter.

 With the end of the year 2007 I was the 2nd achiever among 7 district managers and I got Fortecotin award for the highest relevant market share.

 In 2007, the best achiever and the 2nd achiever medical Reps form my team among 48 medical Rep.

 In 2008 I started with my team to launch diabetic line in the delta region start with prospection of customers and end with increase number of advocates which resulted in high market growth and captured market share.

 In 2008 I got the best achiever among 7 district manager and I got marketing award for the highest growth rate and market share in the company.

 In 2009, 2010, 2011 I’m got the 2nd achiever among diabetic line and all best achievers medical reps from my team among the three years and among the diabetic line.
