• Arrange the packing list.
• Segregate the transporters by their cost.
• Place order to transporters.
• Collecting required documents from client. i.e Drawings, packing list.
• Confirm Vessel ETA and Berth number from shipping line.
• Confirm the delivery location and gate number (if required) from client.
• Give proper delivery location to transporter in order to prepare any government permits (if required).
• Once vessel arrived give instruction to transporter for direct discharge.
• Getting customs clearance update from clearance brokers.
• Coordinating the project with transporter and client to deliver the cargo in good condition with out and delay.
