• Plan and coordinate with the subcontractor discipline supervisor/foreman the day-to-day activities ensuring the feasibility of the execution plan as per the project schedule and milestones.
• Prepare daily reports of work progress and ensure that the production is properly reported to the planning department (daily basis) to assure the reliability and readiness of the progress declared by the subcontractor with the corresponding clarification of the discrepancies.
• Carryout Material Take off from drawings whenever required.
• Responsible for fabrication and erection works that includes piping, structural and equipment
• Review of all Pipeline & Piping drawings including alignment sheets, GAD, Isometrics, Plot plan, Typical drawings, Crossing drawings
• Assist with the project planning, scheduling, manpower estimates.
• Preparation / review of construction and test Procedure, Risk assessments, Method statements etc.
• Execution of construction activities such as cold bending, pipe stringing, welding, NDT, coating, welder qualification, lying, back filling line with the section plans and construction schedule.
• Review content of construction drawings and procedures prior to issue, in order that construction execution is optimized in the most cost effective, safe and timely manner.
• Preparation of drawing revisions, FCN and as-built drawings
• Carryout Material Take off from drawings whenever required.

• Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the EPC partner on detail engineering requirements.
• Raising MTO(s) for all additional materials required for construction
• Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
• Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
• Preparation of revision drawings for Piping Layout and Isometric drawings.
• Supervise the fabrication, erection activities of piping, storage tanks and steel structure.
• Detailing of piping and preparation/ review of shop drawings.
• Supervision of “As Built” drawing preparation
• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
• Implement HSE procedure and ensure and Safe work practices and conduct safety stand downs at site.
• Schedules and supervises day-to-day site activities to ensure the proper utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings
• Ensure that sub-contractor carry out construction in compliance with drawings and procedure.

EPC works of 11 Chemical storage tanks and handling facilities for Emulsifier, Oxygen scavenger, Corrosion inhibitor, Biocide, Scale inhibitor. Also, Installation of secondary tanks with Tie in connection to day tanks in 20 Gathering Centres (Brown field).

17 Nos. of Fuel Gas/Gas Oil /Fuel Oil (LSFO/HFO) pipelines of different sizes (48” to 10”) connecting JUBAIL to JAZAN REFINERY - a total length of 808 km (48”/40” fuel gas lines- 200km, 24”/12” LSFO/HFO lines -200km, 24”/10” gas oil lines -200km, condensate/rich gas tie-in lines)

Job Profile
• Responsible for fabrication and erection works that includes piping, structural and equipment

• Monitor the execution of mechanical activities to ensure compliance with quality, project schedule, design documents, specifications, standards and codes
• Provides reports on project progress against the approved plans, bringing to notice potential delay and recommends solutions.
• Ensure that hydro test/pneumatic test and reinstatement is to be done as per procedure
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems
• Co-ordination with engineering team for technical queries / clarifications
• Coordinating with Safety and QA/ QC dept. for smooth functioning of works
• Responsible for PTW system and preparing job safety analysis to meet the requirement of permit to work procedure.
