Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and making the all new employee visa process.
Keeps employee records up-to-date by using ERP system and processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
Keeps employee time sheets and prepares salaries and listing of approved Foundation positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances and making HR data base.
Prepares all paperwork related to employee and support for smooth HR system.
Supporting the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, whenever required while ensuring efficient comments documentation.
Analyzing the statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems.
Coordinating and arranging interviews with the relevant managers.
Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
Exercising the general academic and pastoral oversight of all students (undergraduate, graduate taught and graduate research students) in the department.
Practicing Outcome based teaching and learning (OBTL) along with the modern teaching techniques to produce students for modern era.
monitor and co-ordinate all aspects of student progress, liaising with other faculty memebers on issues concerning the general pastoral and academic welfare of students in the department.
Coordinating and conducting guest lectures, seminars and workshop and presenting papers in Seminars and proceedings.
