 Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and making the all new employee visa process.
 Keeps employee records up-to-date by using ERP system and processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
 Keeps employee time sheets and prepares salaries and listing of approved Foundation positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
 Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
 Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances and making HR data base.
 Prepares all paperwork related to employee and support for smooth HR system.
 Supporting the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, whenever required while ensuring efficient comments documentation.
 Analyzing the statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems.
 Coordinating and arranging interviews with the relevant managers.
 Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
