• Preparing estimation, costing and bill of quantities for all civil works.
• Review of sub-contractors pre-qualification documents.
• Quantity take-off from received tender drawings and confirming BOQ quantities are correct in the
drawings and identifying the over or under measurement.
• Rate analysis with the assistance of QS manager or senior Estimation Manager and updating the
price on the provided BOQ.
• Floating all inquiries to suppliers or sub-contractors to obtain quotations.
• Review of quotation and analysis with other sub-contractors and suppliers price.
• Preparation of a cost comparison sheet from the received quotations.
• Assist for the tender submission
• Conducting site visits and capture site photographs for future reference.
