• Administering deployment of security personnel at posts and strive to protect the employees and secure the properties of installations from external threats by establishing physical security measures, supervising the implementation of all aspects of security system.
• Implementing the security plan meticulously during labour Union strike/Dharna/ Demonstrations and also to take necessary action to protect the loyal employees reported for the work.

•Escorted and protected the NGO’s while distributing humanitarian aid to the people of KOSOVO and HAITI.
•Performed effective Crowd Control duties during demonstrations by the political parties in Haiti & protected the election office at KOSOVO
• Imparted training to the newly recruited constable trainees/in service personnel - as instructor on various subjects related to laws/ industrial security/ aviation security and internal /VIP security duties
• Spearheaded general administration of staff /trainee batches, accommodation/ food/ motivation, counselling, etc.
• Administered entire security functions at airport in accordance with SOPs, guidelines, legislation and code of practice laid down by the appropriate authority of Civil Aviation Security in accordance with the provisions of ICAO international conventions.
• Diligently profiled passengers, being certified screener operated X-ray BIS to screen baggage and carried-out anti-sabotage checks, while maintaining sterility of Security Hold Area as anti hijacking measures at airport.
• Supervised industrial security operations in a shift, collection of intelligence, crime/loss prevention & Quick response to the incidents in coordination with State Police & Govt. authorities
• Dexterously implemented security systems /SOP and Lead Security Team and briefed the guards.
• Monitored Electronic Access Control System at gates, CCTV Camera & Fire Alarm System, wireless radio communication system at control room, in coordination with security team
• Spearheaded overall security functions of mines, oil fields, refineries& protection of employees etc.
• Collated in intelligence on various activities of the trade unions and took appropriate measures to step-up security arrangements during strike/ demonstrations/accidents and labour unrest etc.
