Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and computers Answer and direct telephone calls. Worked at Central Area Drilling Dispatch Unit as a material expeditor in Saudi Aramco’s Drilling & Work over Department. Contacts with warehouse staff to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to drilling area Coordinate with all vendor and transportation to follow up and deliver the material to all Rigs and avoid to be Rig shut-down (Onshore and offshore). Prepare and monitoring the morning report for pending trucks and shut down Rigs. Working in Aramco SAP system (oracle) to searching and identifying the all material status.
