1. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety (PSSR) and environmental regulations. 2. Leading a team of 18 members, providing training and guidance for efective performance procedures. 3. Developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules as per inspection / work request. 4. Monitoring & Execution of maintenance activities in Kiln, Raw mill & Cement area. 5. Planning
• Monitoring equipment performance, identifying and addressing potential issues, preparing Risk assessment statement for Raw Mills, Kilns & Cement Mills.
• Analyzing the equipment reliability by RCM (Reliability centered maintenance) and its spare management by ABC analysis.
• Prepare RCA with team for major equipment breakdown and stoppage analysis to identify and eliminate recurring maintenance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E & I, OP and Quarry).
• Estimation preparation for Project planning & Capex budgeting.
• Preparing the yearly Capex with approved budget and justification.
• Efort to achieve the QUALITY OBJECTIVE goal set by management.
• Developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules (PMS).
• Maintenance activity planning (MAP) from Work request to Work order completion/feedback after execution.
• Maintains a backlog work orders & prepare backlog reports for the assigned areas of responsibility. 6. Procurement
• Material procurement through the SCM process (PR initiation to Material receipt).
• Implementation of vendor management system, resulting in cost savings of on materials procurement.
• Cooperates with purchaser, providing them with technical data / specifications for the items requested.
• Timely ordering of required materials in advance and readily available as needed.
• Solved the technical queries of the supplier regarding the ordered item.
• Support to evaluate the vendor performances w.r.t their attention, quality, lead time and precise supply. 7. Maintenance
• Replacement of Vertical Roller Mill gear box KPBV150, grinding roller tyre, roller tyre bearing & Table liner.
• Replacement of slide shoe bearing, intermediate diaphragms & Mill Internals.
• Aumund bucket elevator belt replacement, Steel pan conveyors chain & pans replacement.
• RUD / HEKO Bucket elevator chain replacement. Conveyor belts replacement.
• Major role in milestone jobs i.e. replacement of kiln shell, girth gear, support roller bearing, Kiln hot alignment, Support roller grinding, Kiln skewing, Kiln shell crack repairing and critical parts replacement.
• Planned and executed many plant shutdowns and reporting to P&R manager & Plant manager.
• Participated in replacement of kiln main drive planetary gearbox.
• Process (I.D) Fan impeller replacement followed by CRT (cold run test).
• Bag house chimney 10-meter tip replacement at 92-meter height and diameter 4.3 meters.
• Monitoring equipment performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Maintenance of Process Bag house FLS & INTENSIV & LUHER, Nuisance bag filters.
• Comprehensive study on process baghouse to identify the chronologies.
