• Performing Digital Pre-Assembly Virtual Commissioning and Assessments to assess the Part, Process and Facility Compatibility of a plant and vehicle for a Program in the Design Phase.
• Process planning for New Product Introduction programs, which includes process creation, sequencing of manufacturing operations and Validating product designs as per global manufacturing requirements.
• Looking for Assembly difficulties and performing Static and Dynamic tool analysis to check the part feasibility, interference, Orientation/misalignment for high scalability future programs.

•Virtual Manufacturing - Validating the newly developed parts which are designed by the suppliers and in-house. Giving solutions/ proposals to the issues by performing studies and process checks as per the engineering standards & manufacturing norms without affecting the product quality using Tecnomatix - Process Simulate, Teamcenter and Tc Vis Mockup tools.
•And performing design analysis support as follows reporting to the various-country supervisors involves collaborating with the Program Milestones, co-develop design need sand then to drive software/ system developers to design, debug and implement the new parts.

• Digital Engineering Factory - Worked in Industrial 4.0 Platform called Digital Factory, we are managing function of creating virtual 3D factory for clients in performing capability studies and plant simulation.
• Generating parameters for the 3D models to match the point cloud with the help of Navisworks and Autodesk Inventor software.

•Experience in incoming quality assurance, enhancement, and enrichment instrument handling. Finding errors and cumulative quality through supplier interaction, and consistency checking for all overall quality.
•Responsible for the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and installation activities on site.
•Studied manufacturing assembly and production planning from an engineering viewpoint to identify problems and potential improvements.
