 Analyze the root cause of rejection & take the corrective action for increase the production
 Audit the process parameters as per the SOP
 Supporting to R&D and Process & control for conduct the new trails and new implementation in the line.
 Consistently meet the day to day production target of the line, in close contact with all departments.
 Support the supervisor for resolving the chronic issue in shop floor.
 Manage All the lines with the best OEE ( Overall equipment efficiency )
 Monitor line Performance, work quality and machine condition.
 Help other team members to understand and follow the SOP.
 Train new team with prior experience.
 Ensure perfect condition of 5S in shop floor.
 Support for the smooth running of critical products.
 Work as per TPM concept.
 Monitoring and planning of plant maintenance activities
 Monitor yield / OEE and coordinate corrective action in case of problem.
 Attend daily production meeting with the complete information of previous day
