JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Strategic Planning with PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Balanced Scorecards. As well as Managing day-to-day operations which include: (P&L) responsibility, Marketing & Sales, HR, Supply Chain, IT and Manufacturing processes in proactive ways to provide our customers with the highest quality plastic products & services at right prices to achieve annual revenue of EGP400 million with sustainable growth rate.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all manufacturing and construction operations for the group of companies which include: steel fabrication factory, portacabin factory, concrete batching plant and contracting company. The role involved managing day to day operations; Plan and manage resources as set out by the board to the most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for the group stakeholders, Maintaining and monitoring diverse workforce (500 person) competencies, expectations and motivation to fulfill organizational requirements; and Controlling an annual revenue/capital budget of SAR 450 million.
MOST IMPORTANT ACHIEVEMENTS:
-Increased operating profit 20% by applying lean manufacturing & project management techniques and pursuing opportunities for efficiency improvement
- Interviewed and examined 900 people. However, hired and trained 240 engineers, administrators and technicians.
-Organizational Restructuring, based on The Business Excellence model resulting in a 21% improvement in productivity and record output levels.
-Introduced key performance indicators to all employees resulting in greater focus on business results and 100% involvement.
-Developed individual managers using competency based appraisals and a series of regular 1:1 interviews.
- Managed Steel fabrication & erection project (7000 tons) for pipeline corridor causeways at King Fahd Industrial Port (Owner: ROYAL COMMISSION & Consultant: BECHTEL) in KSA.
- Managed Site development project with value SAR 90m (Owner: ROYAL COMMISSION & Consultant: BECHTEL) in Jubail Industrial City, KSA.

- Improved production lines with eliminating bottlenecks and non value-added, which reduced manufacturing cost by about 15% and improved productivity by about 20%.
