As Structural Engineer, responsible for supervision of various construction activities at Khalifa
Avenue Project.
• Reporting to Assistant Resident Engineer & Resident Engineer about Site activities and submitting the records on Daily basis.
• Ensuring that activities undertaken on site are being carried out according to the specifications, approved method statement and the drawings.
• Conducting inspections of structures like over bridge, underpass, APM (Automated people mover).
• Preparing detailed daily and monthly reports.
• Ensuring the execution of the works in strict accordance with the approved Safety plan.
• Maintaining a detailed report of daily activities, Issues, works approved or rejected, manpower and equipment’s.
• Review the shop drawings and bar bending schedules submitted by the contractor.
• Coordinate with contractor’s in charge of work on daily basis for proper execution of work.
• Process the request for inspection and maintain the records of their status.
• Coordinate with Highway, Material & Survey sections to confirm that whole of the supervision team is on one platform for efficient and accurate supervision of the works.
As Senior Engineer Responsible for production of Pier Running segments as per Approved Project Quality Plan by client and consultants.
(Chennai Metro Rail Project).
Site execution - PSC Girders-casting & prestressing, grouting, launching, Bearing fixing& Installation of Expansion Joints.
Site Execution on Special Rail over Bridge being constructed at NH-45 B (Trichy Madurai Road project) with skew & curvature of span 44mtr.
Execution of major structures like Railway Over Bridge, Flyover&Grade separators.
Executed the construction of Batching plant (30m3cap), WeighBridge (80t), Utility Electrical pole shifting and Dismantling of structure for clearance of alignment
Site Planning and Execution of Residential buildings and Commercial buildings.
DIPLOMA (3YEARS) IN CIVIL ENGINEERNG WITH 13 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
