• Managing construction of runway, taxiways, link taxiways/airside works including transition of existing airfield and hand over of the airport project covering airside and landside works/utilities, Airfield Ground Lighting-CAT-II (Safegate System), AGL control & monitoring system, interface of ALCMS with ASMGCS, ILS, VDGS
• To Direct Installation of landside traffic management system, air & noise monitoring stations, storm water drainage pipe network, external lighting, fuel/water separators, irrigation pump houses, water features and system integration/interfacing with airport communication networks
To provide construction and technical expertise for the construction of new Airfield for the Abu Dhabi International Airport. To monitor construction progress, attend review meetings and coordination meetings to resolve key issues with construction. Coordination with consultants, contractors and various other departments for the construction of Airfield Ground Lighting for the new 2k runway. To update the Area Construction Manager regarding the construction.

Overall responsible for work progress, quality assurance and safety at site.
To direct and co-ordinate with Engineers for effective execution at site.
Preparation of method statements to work in operational areas, shop drawings as per specifications/International standards and to obtain their approvals from the consultant/client.
To prepare, submit and obtain approval of technical submittals from the client/consultant.
To obtain site clearances and Permit to work from various departments .

•Senior Project Engineer for Airfield Lighting and Electrical Systems. Co-ordination and site management of construction activities in Operational areas of airport.

Responsibilities:
· Airfield Ground Lighting for CAT-II operations as per ICAO recommendation and practices.
· HV & LV power distribution system per International standards.
· Estimation for the Airfield ground lighting system.
· Preparation of material submittals in co-ordination with the Suppliers, sub-contractors and to obtain their approval.
