1Understand, interpret, and provide specific information regarding the company's services or policies to the customers over the telephone, by mail, or by electronic means.
2-Collecting the primary shipping declarations from Export Sales of all Egypt offices (ALX, CRO, DMT, SOK, PSD) then Check the primary S.D to create booking (Destination due to right service, Date due to service schedule, Freight calculation & break down, checking for booking No., Full info about shipper - CNEE - NTFY with full Address & Commodity).
3-Preparing booking recap for the loading department to be sent on daily bases to Head office.
4-Follow the picking & stuffing containers in port by following the shipper stuffing & preparing loading lists after collecting all data related to shipments.
5-In order to finalize the S.D. (we must check the final information about THE SHP-CNNE-NTFY, collecting the seal No, collecting the out/back dates, follow up terminals about any changes in containers No. or seals).
6-Submit the finals to Documentation department to generate the B/L, and then manage the vessel by making any adding, amendments & any cancellation. In addition to, follow up the SLots
8-The invoices can be issued using Lara system after calculating Detention & STORAGE for each container 24 hour before the vessel departure. Moreover, After the final check of the final B/L, it must be stamped & signed from authorized manager, before delivering the OB/L to the customer.
9-Once the OBL printed based on checking the loading confirmation, ensure the call closure of the vessel.
10-Handling Phone calls, container trucking check, solving problems with P.O.D, issuing certificates, explaining refund cases, following the update schedules.
11- Follow up all shipments by contacting the operation dept. & trucking.
12-Delivering monthly report on lost, new & gained customers.
13-Handling customers inquires, complains and trouble shooting problems
