Handle customer’s calls & sell the Etisalat products effectively based on a highly quality of service to reach customer delight guided by the processes and targets of the customer care center.
Working towards sales targets to convert customer leads using the ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ behavior.
Handle existing and lapsed customer calls through inbound calling.
Take personal, application, payment and policy details from customers correctly and accurately in line with Legal and Company quality and compliance requirements.
Process orders and follow up on order acknowledgement and ship date advice to customers.
Generate and follow up on quotation status.
Update orders and quotation database.
Support sales team on a daily basis.
Receive goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
Handle and manage customers from Gulf region’ direct enquiries via phone calls, emails or web enquiries.
Prepare sales reports for sales team.
Handle incoming customer calls using a variety of call centre technologies and telephony platforms.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain Call Centre standards for customer service levels
• Agree and strive to consistently deliver to individual and team performance objectives.
• Monitor own progress against personal development plan.
• Quickly and efficiently able to input, update, delete, add, amend customer data into Zain's customer database.
