• Performing all consulting and pre-sales roles as followings:
1. Analyzing customer need for their projects from the pre-tendering phase.
2. Project Site visit to evaluate customer needs and set a list of clarification needed.
3. Design best solutions (Technically and commercially) upon tender requirements and specifications.
4. Preparing project documentation including:
i- Proposal body
ii- Technical Proposal
iii- Table of Bill of Materials
iv- Scope of Work
v- Terms and Conditions
vi- Warranty Terms
vii- Services and Support
viii- Solution Diagrams’ and charts
ix- Procedure / Statement of Work
x- Implementation plane
5. Setting and preparing professional presentation for each phase/project including all technologies offered.
6. Preparing cost Sheets for budgetary purposes, evaluations of project solution among other competitors.
7. Conduct a professional orientations and training session for IT staff about last technologies.
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities to meet agreed Service Offering Definition metrics of the assigned grouping of service offering.
• Dealing directly with all vendors, expediting open purchase orders, obtaining pricing, obtaining required information from manufacturing and or engineering.
• Assigns responsibilities and targets to team members and implement a follow-up process
• Monitor and evaluate IT service tiers, projects demands, Problems and usage and take appropriate action.
