• Handling all service provider solutions \[ Internet connections, L2 VPN, L3 VPN connections, GRE tunnels, DMVPN connections, Load sharing solutions, Main and Backup connections with different Routing Protocols\].
• Troubleshooting PE-CE routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, Static) and Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance.

• Manage Customer Edge Routers and Switches to add or modify services like \[Routing protocols, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Port forward, Frame Relay, VLANs, HSRP, VRRP and GLBP, etc.\].

• Configure rate-limits on PE and specify it to dedicated applications as per customer requests, also analyze customer traffic by ip flow top talkers.

• Handling all technical issues related to WAN technologies and leased Lines \[ SHDSL, Frame relay, ATM, PTM, EFM bundles, Fiber connections, Pre-Wimax, 3G connections\]

• Experience in L3 devices \[Cisco/Juniper Routers, Multi-layer Switches, Layer 3 modems such as Zyxel, Aethra, Hattress EFMs, cisco SOHO\].

• Experience in Layer 2 devices \[\{Cisco, Juniper, Brocade\} switches, \{HUAWEI, ZTE\} DSLAMs and MSANs\].
