• Responsibilities:
Participate in the preparation of all designs for projects and implementing all items of internal & external finishes in addition to control systems, electro-mechanical systems & delivering projects on time according to the specifications agreed with the client.
• Projects:
1- Apartment KENZ Compound with net Area 180 m2.
2- Apartment West somid with net Area 300 m2.
3-Standalone Villa in Marina compound (North Coast, Egpt) with net Area 600 m2.
Responsibilities: Supervise the design and construction process of building projects, monitor the progress of the process, making sure it's on track, organize and review buildings plans, ensuring that projects meet all safety and environmental standards.
•Projects: 1-Villa Sadat city. 2-Villa Hyde park. 3- New head office buildings in the new administrative capital.
Responsibilities: 1. Follow up on Pending issues and report to the Project Manager. 2. Review is following in overall ID drawing, shop drawing. 3. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction. 4. Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines. 5. Coordination with all departments.
•Projects: 1. KAYAN_ALHARBI project in the NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, Cairo, Egypt. 2. Residential building complex project with an area of 150 acres, affiliated to the Egyptian General Intelligence Agency in 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt. 3. Upville Residential Compound Project in 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt.
•Scope of Work: 1. Coordination with all disciplines. 2. Interior fit- out. 3. Site Inspection and Supervision. 4. Review shop drawings, and ensure its compliance with design requirements.
Responsibilities: 1. Follow up on Pending issues and report to the Project Manager. 2. Review following in overall ID drawing and shop drawings. 3. Coordinate with the Project Area Manager for the interior fit-out process. 4. Ensure building conditions support special equipment and furniture requirements 5. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction. 6. Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners and the general workforce involved in the project. 7. Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades. 8. Weekly site inspections and preparing progress Reports. 9. Preparing Minutes of Meetings Reports with Consultant /Contractor to keep them informed of progress. 10. Close coordination with all disciplines.
•Projects: 1. KHALIDIYA POLICE STATION PROJECT in Kingdom Saudi Arabia (KSA). 2. CIVIL DEFENSE PROJECT in Kingdom Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing and Approval of Materials Inspections.
2. Preparing Technical Meetings Reports with Contractor/Weekly Progress Reports.
3. Site Inspections and Supervision.
4. Review shop drawings, and ensure its compliance with design requirements.
5. Coordination with all disciplines.
• Projects:
1. Westtown Residences in Beverly Hills Compound affiliated to SODIC in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt.
• Responsibilities:
1. Space Planning.
2. Building Design.
3. Façade Design.
4. Design Co-ordination/development.
5. Tender Documents Preparation.
6. Full coordination between all other disciplines.
7. Reviewing Shop Drawings/As Built Drawing.
8. Reviewing and Approval of Materials/Invoices.
9. Preparing Technical Meetings Reports with Contractor/Weekly Progress Reports.
