• Execute plant's planned Preventive and unplanned corrective maintenance
activities and revision the O&M routine maintenance schedules.
• Perform overhaul maintenance for different brands of API centrifugal pumps
(Ingersoll-dresser pumps, Flowserve, KSB) and reciprocating dosing pumps
(PERONI)
• Perform overhaul maintenance of different types of valves including
withdrawal and injection valves (ATELIERS DE FOS), rotary and diverter
valves (NEU TRANSF' AIR)
• Supervision of preventive maintenance or Supervision the overhaul maintenance
of lobe Blower (Aerzen, HIBON)
• Perform maintenance of gearbox (FLENDER) and agitators (EKATO)
• Organize the toolbox discussion before maintenance activities
• Preparation the engineering cross section drawings, documents and ensure
availability of proper and adequate tools and requirements for efficient, safe
and time-controlled maintenance.
• Preparation and follow up lack of spare parts' stock required for the
routine and corrective maintenance for tube bundle puller MAUS
ITALIA MEF-EXPRESS 2000/100 D.
• Familiar with MAXIMO for maintenance activities tracking, work orders
management and conduct RCFA for failure reporting filling up through clear
feedback.
• Supervision all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, equipment
overhauling
• Walkaround through the plant to follow up equipment after maintenance and
identify the new defects if found.
• Participation in TA 2023 of SIDI KERIR PETROCHEMICAL CO:
◦ supervision the work execution of Pressure safety valve calibration and
maintenance, Ethylene Quench Tower overhaul maintenance, Shell and
Tube heat exchanger maintenance and hydrostatic test (DOOSAN)
◦ attended multistage centrifugal compressor Overhaul (HITACHI),
Reciprocating Compressor overhaul (SULZER).

• Supervise the Preventive maintenance activities according to O&Ms
• Perform and supervise the planned corrective maintenance activities and
overhaul for plant equipment such as (Blowers, Fans, centrifugal and gear
pumps) during normal operations and turnaround / shutdowns with the aid of a
modified version of CMMS program
• Perform and supervise maintenance activities required for vegetable oil special
Applications equipment (Crackers, Flacking mills, hummer mills, Rotating
sifters, lump breaking and conditioners) supplied by Roskamp Champion in
accordance to manufacturing manuals and recommendations
• Perform and supervise maintenance activities of all heavy-duty conveying
equipment (Drag, screw, belt conveyors and Bucket Elevators) supplied by of
INTERSYSTEM, DIVINE ENGINEERING AND MITCHELLS
• And all maintenance activities and overhaul for all plant pumps supplied by
KSB, VIKINGS, WILDEN and ITUR
• Perform and supervise maintenance activities and overhaul for plant's blowers,
fans, aspirators and rotary feeders supplied by KICE
• Dealt with the maintenance of FALK, SEW Euro-drive and MOTORVARIO
speed reducers
• Dealt with the maintenance of Sheet plate heat exchangers supplied by ALFA
LAVAL
• Performing the scheduled maintenance overhaul of centrifugal separator and
clarifiers supplied by GEA
• Perform Maintenance and Installation works of Pumping systems and piping
fittings
• Supervise the plants resources including man power staff Technicians and
Foremen in all maintenance activities and warehouse spare parts stock required
for plant's planned maintenance during shutdown overhaul
• Troubleshooting equipment faults, operating irregularities Bearings Inspections
and steam trap evaluation by making the necessary diagnostic tests,
measurements by aid of monitoring apparatus including (ULTRAPROB 9000),
temperature measurements devices (Fluke), thermal imaging device,
DEPSTECH cameras, Tachometer and hardness measuring device
• Troubleshooting and evaluation of steam traps supplied by Spirax Sarco and
GESTRA
• Perform a Condition monitoring for the reliability of all equipment during
operation 'visual inspection'
• Supervise flacking mills, hummer mills and cracking mills extension project
through required piping purchasing orders, specifying lifting crane location,
expected required man hours for completion of the extension
• Supervise the plant capacity increment project through locating the equipment
drive deficiency with design and selection the new drive required for the new
increased capacity.

• Perform a routine inspection on the MWM diesel engine generator
• Responsible about safety operation of the diesel generators
• Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance and overhaul of the
diesel engine according to O&M schedule
• Perform the daily reports about the power generation.
