Tires Regional Sales (MENA Area)
• Supervise daily sales operations in Africa and Middle East; Iraq, Jordan, Libya and Algeria.
• Approaching new potential customers in Middle East and Africa.
• Issue daily and weekly performance reports for the sales operations in each country of the MENA area, indicating the profits and sales revenues.
• Report the business analysis study on monthly basis, also building a new reporting matrix system for the whole department.
• Preparing and providing information for the new budget and sales estimates within each country of the region.
• Daily monitoring and solving of problems related to IT Delivery of all services in Europe and America.
• Take ownership and initiation to complete necessary customer follow-up or direct the problem to the appropriate department for further resolution.
• Responsible for relationship building and resolving customer queries and problems in a professional manner.
• Ensure all the system related issues are resolved within the specified timelines and escalated whenever required.
• Maintaining all the KPI's within the team to ensure high effectiveness.
• Responding to sales inquiries and communicating with customers.
• Follow up on all Europe orders through the manufacturing process in all factories.
• Responsible of all customer requirements including technicalities, quality and process.
• Put a quick and corrective action to solve technical and non-technical problems.
• Focus with all departments on required delivery dates required by customers.
• Coordinating progress of Logistics and dispatch.
• Analyzing all European orders in terms of profitability and delivery performance.
• Work in process to have continuous improvement and cost reduction.
*Perform daily maintenance schedule, assure the ideal performance of the bridges.
*Respond to all reports of operations errors or malfunctions.
*Assure the continuous improvement of operations, zero defects target.
