Modifying and developing plant maintenance Modules in the SAP System include inspection, notifications, corrective and preventive maintenance, repairs, and other measures to maintain an ideal technical system.

Responsible for the overall maintenance & troubleshooting of the electrical equipments

Developing Equipments Performance by modifying the hardwiring and programming the controllers

Good practice and Experience with equipments (MV Relays, Motor Controllers, ABB Frequency Drives ACS 600-ACS 800),

Ensuring high reliability, availability factors and reducing the downtime by applying the appropriate maintenance jobs for each equipment

Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and taking the corrective actions to eliminate these failures

Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment

o Assessment and deep inspection of the plant equipments to decide whether to replace or maintain them
o Making Inspection of the old Equipments that should be in operation and preparing their spare parts
o Engineering and reviewing all technical details, consumers list, wiring diagrams, layout, installation, connections & operation of the New MDB & MCC, Follow up contractors works
o Engineering of the new Equipments installation and connection with the old system
o Improving Equipments Performance by overhauling and modifying, taking into consideration the project time line and budget
o Good practice and Experience with Siemens equipments ( MV Protection Relays Siprotec, Motor Controllers, Frequency Drives Micromaster, Sinamics), & Vacon Drives
o Strict Supervision and planning for all Tasks of the contractors during installation and errection phases
o Preparing the commissioning standards and forms that are applied during the commission phase
o Assessing and reporting safety hazards during the project

o A member of the commissioning team of the Plant, participated the commissioning from NLT to PAC
o Responsible for the overall maintenance of the electrical equipments found in the cement mills and packing areas
o Good practice and Experience with Siemens equipments ( MV Relays Siprotec, Motor Controllers Simocode, Frequency Drives )
o Ensuring high reliability, availability factors and reducing the downtime by applying the appropriate maintenance jobs on each equipment
o Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and taking the corrective actions to eliminate these failures
o Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment

oResponsible for the overall maintenance of the electrical equipments found in the cement mills and packing areas
oStrong focus on the preventive maintenance procedures and schedules of the electrical equipments according to the manufacturers recommendations
oGood practice and Experience with ABB equipments ( MV Relays Ref 542+, MV Motors, Frequency Drives )
oEnsuring high reliability, availability factors and reducing the downtime by applying the appropriate maintenance jobs on each equipment
oAnalysis of repetitive equipment failures and taking the corrective actions to eliminate these failures
oAssessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment

1.Studying the complete cement plant devices, equipments & their spare parts,
2.Evaluating the consumption rate of plant devices, equipments and defining abnormalities,
3.Preparing the necessary spare parts to ensure the minimum down time and high availability with minimum maintenance,
4.Evaluating offers taking into consideration the technical replacements of the requested spare parts with the offered ones and the compatibility study,
5.Preparing the kilns overhauling schedules including the appropriate wearing parts changed or replaced through the overhaul.
