MAF Dalkia Middle East - May 2013 to till date - General Supervisor (Al Hilal Bank)
As a General Supervisor I was responsible for the Facilities Management Services of Electrical, A/C, Plumbing in the Bank located in the surrounding of Dubai, sharjha, Rak.
MAF Dalkia Middle East - July 2010 to May 2013 - General Supervisor (Musanada Project)
As a General Supervisor I was responsible for the Facilities Management Services of Electrical, A/C, Plumbing in the Mosques located in the surrounding of Abu Dhabi.
MAF Dalkia Middle East - March 2008 to June 2010 - General Supervisor (Du)
As an General Supervisor I' m responsible for the facilities services of Electrical, A/C, Plumbing in Du retail shops located in Dubai, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah & Abu Dhabi. My task and responsibilities are as below:
• Mobilization of the team for operational works in the mosques
• Prepare work orders for the technician's daily jobs
• Assign corrective maintenance work for technicians
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for obtaining proper service
• Provide work permit to sub-contractors
• Arranging materials requests and check the quality of materials delivered as requested
• Responsible for corrective & Preventive maintenance works
• Preparing daily reports based on daily works
MAF Dalkia Middle East - Jan 2007 to Feb 2008 - Senior Technician (Mall of the Emirates)
As a senior technician I was responsible for energy center, my scope of work are as below:
• Operating the Centrifugal chiller (Voltas) and BMS control system,
• Checking any abnormal noise in the chiller, condenser pump and chilled water pump,
• Taking meter readings,
• Preparing daily reports.
MAF Dalkia - Oct 2005 to Dec 2006 - Multi Tech (Majid Al Futtaim Properties)
As a Multi Technicians I was responsible for the Facilities Management Services of Electrical, A/C (Chiller, AHU, FCU), Plumbing (Domestic Pump, Irrigation pumps) . My task and responsibilities are as below:
• Troubleshooting of the chillers,
• Maintenance of the chiller etc.,
• Maintenance of the package unit,
• Maintenance of the Electrical DB,
• Involved in Plumbing and Carpentry works.
