Provide technical assistance and support to staff and students with hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly. Manage and maintain the schools local area network (LAN) and wireless network. Ensure network security and optimize network performance. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems on school computers. Ensure software licenses are up to date. Implement data backup procedures to safeguard critical school data. Develop and execute data recovery plans in case of data loss. Monitor and enhance the security of the schools IT infrastructure. Implement security policies, antivirus solutions, and firewall configurations. Provide training and workshops to staff and students on using various IT resources effectively and safely. Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. Plan for hardware and software upgrades as needed. Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into the classroom, ensuring the effective use of educational software and tools. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and IT-related procedures for reference and compliance purposes. Assist in developing and managing the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and advancements in the field of IT to recommend and implement relevant improvements. Collaborating with school administration to develop and implement IT policies and guidelines that promote responsible and secure technology usage. Conducting user satisfaction surveys and achieving high ratings from teachers, staff, and students regarding IT support services.
Monitor network connections of all our customers worldwide. Report to service providers in case of any connections issues. Promote the companys products and services to customers worldwide. Assist the higher management in planning and researching about multi million $ projects.
National telecommunications
Monitor frequencies bandwidth requested by the operators, official users and any others. Issue of Equipments type Approval Certificate, after inspection. Ensure the implementation of applicable specifications to telecom structures (towers, optical cables, etc.) up to standards. Examine and release Customer Premises Equipment. Issue licenses for and permits to import and market Customer Premises Equipment. Performance mentoring, improvement, parameter optimization. Drive test log file analysis (2G/3G/LTE) KPIs analysis and improvement Optimization report output Radio network coverage, capacity optimization (2G/3G/LTE) Radio network planning (coverage, capacity, and detail design)
