• Designing in-house parts flow considering synchronization between WH and assembly line .
• Parts and packaging confirmation in terms of (Q, C, T, S) at start of new projects.
• Designing material handling racks according to production line needs while keeping ergonomics and safety factors in mind.
• leading cost reduction activity by optimizing logistics cost
• Following up the daily operations of NMEG warehouses (7 W/Hs)
• Safety stock calculation and follow up stock level per item.
• Raise/tracking replenishment orders ensuring timely placement and delivery of components to meet distribution plan from local and overseas suppliers.
• Implement periodic ABC analysis for materials /parts used in NMEG.
• Modify W/H layout design to get optimum space utilization.
• Managing in house material handling/storage safely and efficiently.
• Responsible for applying 5S activity in/out door.
