I was the head executive engineer on construction a supplements factory about 3 levels with an area 600 m2 by the conditions of the NFSA checklist to assure that the factory will acquire grade B in the whitelist
I was managing the production facilities and the ISO 9001 &
ISO 22000 procurement, healty & safety procedures
I was in the HACCP ( Hazard analysis and critical control points ) Team that helped the facility to be registered in the white list of NFSA (National Food Safety Authority)
I was responsible for every new batch that is manufactured for the 1st time to help in archiving the Master Formula of each product which is being analysised by NFSA in Ministry Of Agriculture Labs before the product spread in market.
- I used to make the monthly plan of production with the help of the heads of the other departments by knowing the supply chain and the time of production of product with the respect of packaging time to deliver the product to the client on date with the perfect quality specs.
- I know how to plan the production on an ERP cloud system to facilitate the communication between different departments.

I'm graduated from portsaid university... faculty of engineering Construction & Project management. We had two project one at end of each semester and the two project were about project management.
