Hobbies

  • • Modification To Water Distillation.
A project based on a unique idea where we generate energy from an ocean while its water is not moving. This project can be added to water distillation units, the project creates a potential and kinetic energy from the water then it converts them into electricity. This project took the 1st place in the third Renewable Challenge.
  • • Water Distillation with Tracking System & Other Improvements.
Solar water distillation is a device that purifies water using solar energy without the need of labor work, it does the whole process by itself. In this project, we increased the efficiency and reduced the cost. Its spherical shape gives it the advantage of tracking the sunlight from all directions. This project took the 1st place in the second Renewable Challenge.
  • • The LORY Boat (Sustainable Initiative)
It is one of the sustainable initiatives I supported and won the second place in bottles up competition. It is a boat that is made out of 1000 plastic bottles, it curries up to six people. Its shape was taken from the most modern boats that meets the safety standards. It is designed to be stable and at the same time it moves very fast.
  • • Stationary Tracking.
Tracking the sunlight is an important part in improving the performance and the output power of solar panels but it could be expensive. Stationary tracking is a project that tracks the sunlight without any movement with very simple and cheap materials. This project took the second place in the third science festival and the third place in the 1st Renewable Challenge.
  • • Continous Biodiesel Production System.
A stand-alone system produces a high quality biodiesel continuously in an hour using the used cooking oil which solves one of the biodiesel problems that it can’t be produced in less than two days. The produced biodiesel is much cheaper than the known processes with a higher quality that meets the ASTM standards.
  • • 2-axis Solar Tracker Which Follows the Highest Amount of Light.
A fully programmed device tracks the sun by moving the solar panels to get the highest amount of light on the solar panel using light sensors and a programmed circuit. It moves in all direction using motors which makes it a 3D tracker. The programming language is Arduino.
  • • Ping Pong (Table Tennis).
Strong Ping Pong player and participated in many tournaments.
