Provide end-user support for the SuccessFactors system, including Employee Central, Performance
Management, Compensation Management, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Position Management,
and Time Attendance tracking.
• Provide end-user support for the SuccessFactors system, resolving issues, answering queries, and guiding
users on system usage for 900+ users in the UAE, its subsidiaries, and Tabreed Bahrain.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within SuccessFactors, collaborate with stakeholders to
implement changes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular data audits, monitor data quality, and perform data validation activities to ensure data
integrity within the SuccessFactors system.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system enhancements, upgrades, process
improvement, and integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend
system enhancements.
• Create reports and dashboards using Tableau to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Design and develop comprehensive Tableau Dashboards throughout the organization, including time
attendance and ticketing trend analysis.
• Support user permissions in SAP S/4HANA for 900+ users in the UAE, its subsidiaries, and Tabreed Bahrain.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in enterprise applications and technology.
• Monitor and modify existing system applications due to any business changes to increase productivity and
maximize end-user time.
• Create reports on SAP SuccessFactors using SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Provide access to SAP Ariba and Concur for all users in the UAE and Bahrain.
• Provide level 2-3 support daily through an IT ticket support system.
