Accounts Work:
* Preparation of cash flow forecast
* Maintaining and recording of bank accounts and reconciliation
* Preparation of annual budget and monthly report and comparison with actual
* Preparing final accounts for submission to auditor
* Preparation of monthly trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet
* Tracking and fallow up of accounts receivable and payable
* Ensure all payments are made in line with the contracts entered and strictly as per the agreed terms and conditions
* Tracking and maintaining of post dated cheques
* Preparation of monthly payroll
* Recording and checking of suppliers invoices
* Attending and responding to queries from suppliers
* Report daily revenue receivable and collection
* Maintain and update the company fixed assets register
* Preparation for inventory accounts
* Documentation and record keeping
Operations Coordinate:
* Maintain, Schedule and coordinate the company's training calendar.
* Work closely with the sales department to ensure proper course scheduling
* Update and manage the company's website
* Responsible for sourcing and ordering and preparation of training materials
* arrange travel and hotel bookings for instructors
