• Issuing employment, business / commercial visas based the requirement of Candidates, renewal visas / residencies of the employees,
• Participated in career fairs & Campus recruitment in Engineering Universities
• Following and updating about Kuwaitization rate regularly and sending reminders to management team when its required to recruit,
• Member of the Discipline Committee and takes the testimonies of all parties.
• Responsible for Key Personnels to be provided for Minister of Public Works.
• Contacts to Manpower companies to provide required employees on right time and location.
• Managing HR Process through the Employee Life circle
