•Communicate with Capt of vessel for Eta information
•Ensure crew change
• Ensure excursion of crew in town
•Send arrival notice to port authority
•Request vessel profile
•Advise Eta of the arrival vessel on daily basis
•Ensure berthing prospect
•Inform Capt of Ship about berthing prospect
•Follow space allocation on board of vessel\]
•Prepare Booking forecast\]
•Prepare loading plan
•Check discharging list
•Follow if there’s any special equipment
•Ensure Security on board of the Ship
•Submitte Dish docs 48 hours prior to the vsl arrival as
- Bay plan (Container terminal)
- Discharge list (Container terminal)
- Vessel profile
- Hazardous & Dangerous cargo declarations and Material Safety Data Sheet (Central Container Terminal, Statistics and harbor office)
- Passenger Manifest (Harbour office;immigration
- Reefer manifest (Container terminal)
- OOG manifest to facilitate preplanning (with maximum description possible)
Location & number of vehicle on top of container (subject to prior approval of management to discharge vehicles at the terminal)
•Submitted loading docs at least 48 hours prior to the
vessel arrival as below
- Bay plan (Container terminal)
- Vessel profile (Container terminal)
- Hazardous & Dangerous cargo declarations and Material Safety Data Sheet
- Passenger Manifest (Harbor office; immigration and statistics)
- Empty requirements by type
•Board vessel with all necessary docs
•Time to time follow Operation on board of vessel
•Check if any Delay of Operation
•Send arrival & departure report
•Ensure lashing Ops completion
•Ensure Dlv of final docs to Ship Officer
•Submit Ship Clearance to Capt after completion of Ops
•Submit all final docs to all discharge port
•proceed call closure
