Reporting to the Design and construction section manager and the director of investments .
Manage and monitor the consultancy agreement / contracting agreement till completion of the project.
Participate in planning for future investments.
Produce and create architectural designs for different type of buildings and projects in accordance with a brief of specification/ brief study / report including: concept design / budget and time frame
Plan / Design interior layouts as per UNION COOP requirements, authorities’ requirements and cost factor.
Provide clear and accurate technical instructions to contractors/ consultants / subcontractors on all required aspects.
Review and approve the design drawings which are submitted by consultants in various stages of design.
Review and approve the tender documents submitted by consultants in various design stages.
Perform the technical evaluation of tenders and prepares a report according to the evaluation carried out.
Review all post contract technical documents (includes material specification, shop drawing. etc), material certificates and test reports to ensure compliance with the project requirements.
Review and approve all shop drawings, material submittal during the construction stage.
Supervise installation, material inspections, testing and commissioning of fit outs on site during manufacturing and after the completion of work.
Attend project meetings with various departments, consultants and contractors to discuss the progress of the project and resolve all related issues and troubles on site.
Attend commissioning of all MEP equipment to insure architectural view point stability .
Review, check and approve contractors and consultant’s progress payment certificate.
Study/Approve all changes/variation of orders during the project period and prepare all related documents required for getting approvals.
Expansion & modifying existing branches in order to fulfill the new requirements .

Reporting to the Country manager, Responsible on the Projects development in U.A.E, OMAN, QATAR and The African countries, the projects are related to the Buildings construction, Infrastructure: Roads, Bridges, Tunnels and Railways; Power and desalination plants.
• Meeting the Authorities, developers, consultants and the EPC contractors to propagate the company profile throughout the region as well as to secure orders/tenders for further projects.
• Registering The Corporation to governments, semi governments and developers on the online portals in order to receive and participate on their tender/RFI/RFQ.
• Prequalification submittals to the authorities : Dubai RTA, SRTA, Ministry of infrastructure development (MOID), Dubai engineering aviation projects (DEAP ), DP World, Musanada, Ashghal -QATAR, ministry of transport -Oman .
• Assisting the tender department in submitting technical and commercial offers through online portals.

• Attending the tender progress meetings, manage the Estimating/tendering activities with the client and the consultant.
• Prepare the Bid Submission form/Tender summary sheet for management review/approval along with all details, backups and price.
• Submission of the relevant documents to the authorities to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOC) and approvals for commencement of the construction phase
• Submit and discuss design changes during the construction phase with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals in coordination with respective, Project Managers, and design consultants.

• Study of the tender and contract documents prior to contract Agreement.
• Preparing the Bill of quantities, the breakdown of payment for the projects and submission to the consultant for approval.

• Reporting to the Project Manager, Responsible for coordination between client, consultant, sub-contractors & suppliers; as well as negotiation of prices and attending the site meetings.

• Lead in resolving design and technical coordination issues with Finishes, Structure, Electro-mechanical, landscape on the project.
